Location: A must try if you wanna live close to the Nec. 3 minutes walk to the Marston Green station and 3 minutes train to the Nec. Katie is really helpful and has great hospitality, a nice host. Bedroom and bathroom are clean and tidy, not even a dust.

Keitumetse is friendly and helpful. Anytime you need help, anytime she helps. It’s five minutes walk to Marston Green station and neighborhood is peaceful. Convenient to go to NEC and Birmingham city center, though trains are not so frequent.

Great location, less than 2 minutes drive to station and free parking. perfect for airport and NEC. Host very welcoming in her home and name me feel relaxed and settled.

KT was very welcoming and attentive during my stay whilst still giving me space to relax. She has pleasant aura and her home is very clean, cosy and comfortable. The NEC is a 10min drive away and if I hadn't drove I could have easily got their by train, apparently in almost the same amount of time. In a nutshell, it was an absolute pleasure staying here and would definitely stay here again.
