This place was every bit worth the price. The owner Angela was always quick and responsive. Joy and her husband, who live downstairs, were helpful in all manner of things, like teaching us how to light the wood fireplaces and giving us tools for switching batteries on toy trains. Oh, and Joy prepared delicious Austrian dishes on request, only charging for the cost of the ingredients! As a piano teacher I appreciated that there was a piano on the second floor. Some families with children may find this to be a bonus because they will still be able to practice while on vacation. The property was nestled in between mountains and two lakes, with a magical fairytale quality to the scenery. We had 7 adults two children, and found the space to be very ample and the environment to be very quiet. Modern kitchen appliances and laundry machines also made living there very convenient! Those with toddlers will have to be a bit watchful because there are some pointy sculptures within easy reach.

Die Landhausvilla ist einfach wunderschön. Wir bekamen einen phänomenalen Empfang mit leuchtenden Kerzen, brennendem Kamin und sogar einem vorbereiteten Abendessen. Wir fühlten uns sofort extrem wohl. So viele schöne Zimmer, die großen Panoramafenster, der freundliche Empfang durch Joy (und durch Angela digital). Sehr berührt hat uns die Geschichte des Erbauers - ein Künstler. 8 Leute haben ausreichend Platz und können sich entscheiden, wo sie die Villa und den Ausblick genießen. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen mit Blick auf Attersee und Mondsee. Der Ort Unterach liegt ein paar Minuten entfernt mit Supermarkt, Lokalen und einem Café. Die Landhausvilla kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Landhausvilla is like home. Angela is so very thoughtful , she arranged flowers and a welcome supper as we arrived in an early evening after driving all day. Check in was seamless as Joy was there to welcome us. The Villa had everything we need from yoga mat to wash pods to condiments to make a gourmet meal! Kitchen is equipped with substantial utensils and equipments. Joy and Klaus, the caretakers who lives downstairs are always available. Joy is a fantastic chef, she offered to make several meals for us which turned out to be the best we had in the week we stayed. She always lit the fireplace and set the table to welcome us home. Angela is an amazing hostess. She is always available and gave us recommendations on hiking trails and restaurants. The Villa is spacious and beautiful and has a very well kept garden. We loved sitting outside to watch the beautiful sunset with a drink. There’s a fire pit and bbq available unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to use them.

We stayed at the Villa LandhausWe stayed at the Landhausvilla in Unterach am Attersee from 1 to 15 September 1923). Wonderful home, wonderful owner Angela and her team Joy and Klaus. Everything was great from the very beginning. We were greeted by a beautifully set table with salads, fruits and flowers. The house is large, beautiful, cozy, with a large green area, there is everything you need, all the necessary utensils, new frying pans, pots, seasonings, olive oil, garbage bags, aluminum foil for the oven, washing powder, tablets. for a dishwasher and...... The house has everything for a comfortable stay and we felt at home. Communication with Angela, Joy and Klaus was easy and any requests were attended to immediately. Special words to Klaus and Joe, they are such warm people, always ready to help with anything we needed. These days, an important and wonderful event took place in our family: our son proposed to his girlfriend, and Joy and Klaus helped us celebrate this event, and we
