We hebben met onze familie - 8 volwassen en 9 kinderen - een week in het huis van Alberto gezeten en we hebben ontzettend genoten. De uitzonderlijke luxe van het huis en de kamers is geweldig, je kan zien dat overal over na gedacht is en dat alles aanwezig is. Alles is smaakvol ingericht, echt gericht op grote groepen en we voelden ons direct thuis. En dan het buitenterrein: overal heerlijke zitjes met elk een ander fantastisch uitzicht. De heerlijk hout-gestookte jacuzzi én natuurlijk het ongelofelijk mooie zwembad met uitzicht over de vallei. We vonden de foto's al prachtig en hebben het daarom geboekt, maar de werkelijkheid overtrof onze (al hoge!) verwachting. Alberto is daarnaast altijd bereikbaar, gaf perfecte instructie (incl. handige video's) over hoe je er moet komen en kwam ons nog even halverwege de hand schudden. Super vriendelijke host die echt aandacht heeft voor de gasten en het huis. Dit is écht een aanrader!

We had a Wonderfull stay at the house. The location is very private and if you follow the instructions given by Alberto you will not have a problem to find the house. This is an old house renovated in a modern and luxurious way. We were 17 people and there was enough space for everyone. I really can't find any downside of the property.

This house was stunning! The views are so beautiful and you can see the San Leo castle from the house. The hot tub outside under the stars was our favorite part! And the downstairs area has this room with incredible sound. Great for groups and retreats.

For my 40th birthday I decided to gather a group of close friends in the countryside and Palazzo Serre was the perfect location. My friends couldn’t stop praising the villa and how impressed they were that I found it. Each room was well appointed with comfortable mattresses and bedding with individual bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The espresso machine kept the whole group caffeinated and the downstairs area seated all 20 of my friends for our dinners (we rented a second home nearby to house half the group). The downstairs area was also great for an impromptu dance party and the fire powered hot tub was a lot of fun to lounge in the evening. And working fireplaces added coziness. Alberto was happy to offer recommendations or make reservations for us and very welcoming. The privacy from the villa was wonderful. We had an epic time and are already discussing coming back in the summer to make use of the pool. This is the best AirBnb, I’ve ever rented.

Prima di tutto, Alberto è stato un amore di persona. È stato molto disponibile e a fatto di tutto e di più per rendere questi momenti magnifici. Il luogo è una favola che vi farà fare un viaggio nel tempo con un tocco di modernità. Raccomando questo luogo assolutamente!
