The location is great and close to the beach. It’s a very cozy space and the neighborhood is very nice. Dan & Iryna were very welcoming and friendly and always available whenever I had a question. Overall amazing experience

Enjoyed the ocean scenery. The private entrance was great and the place was quiet. I was able to sleep when needed and felt comfortable. Liked the french cafe down the street and laundromat was near the house.

Cozy, cute and quiet studio with a great view of the ocean. Clean and nicely decorated as well. Dan and Iryna were kind and helpful hosts!

The casita met my needs as a digital nomad needing an in-between temporary spot. The neighborhood can’t be beat and you’d have to be willing to tolerate airplane noises. But the location can’t be beat and the space is beautifully-designed, great for working remotely, and great for a change of scenery gazing toward the California coastline. On top of it all, decent value for location, space, and amenities if you’re doing a longer-term stay.

Nice room throughout, with cozy environment and great neighborhood. Can be quite chilly during winter times though.
