*Cesar- Cesar is a native Houstonian, Army Vet, fitness enthusiast and Real Estate investor. The Eado area has been one of his favorite areas of Houston due to its culture, food and bars. He resides in Katy for work, but makes sure to spend time in Houston on his days off. *Sonia-Sonia is Cesar’s sister, a local Realtor and Real Estate investor. She was born in Mexico but has lived in Houston most of her life. Eado’s culture has attracted her for many years now. She worked as a bartender in her teens at El Tiempo Cantina which was when she first discovered and fell in love with the area. *KD-KD is from Louisiana, he is a local muralist, real estate investor and runs a non-profit in Louisiana which fosters youth development in under served communities through art projects. Most of the art in the home is painted by him and available for sale, some of the profit from his sales will go to his non-profit.
