We had an amazing time celebrating our mom’s birthday here! No need to go far to have a relaxing weekend with the family. Selling point is the pool which is perfect in this scorching heat, and the large space that can accommodate big groups. There are 3 bedrooms in the house. Two small rooms are separately located. All with AC. You can also set up mattresses in the living room, which is what we did. Finally, any place that is pet friendly is excellent in my book :)

Hazel's place was great, it was clean and accommodated my group of 8. She was very responsive and helped us whenever we asked for help. The only thing is there is hot water in one shower while the other one doesn't have hot water. Pool was cool for those hot days and the place was spacious. Would recommend!

We informed the host a day earlier that we would be arriving at the house midnight as we were coming late from my birthday party to which she confirmed it was okay and that the admin will assist us. She further instructed to just give her a call when we are near. While on the way at around 11 pm I was already calling her until we reached the residence with no avail. We waited and rang the doorbell for almost an hour and kept calling and texting her but still without a response. We had to just find a hotel to stay for two nights instead of the resident we had already paid in full. It was only around 9 am the next day that she gave me a call to apologize about what happened and blamed it on the caretaker. I asked her for a refund within these few days. When I followed up after 5 days, she argued we were partly at fault. I had to argue a lot in text and only then was I refunded. Inconsiderate host and very unprofessional. Very bad experience.
