Perdue au milieu des montagnes, la maison de Michel est très agréable et fraîche. En pleine nature, vous n’entendrez que les bruits des animaux. La piscine est chouette avec une petite terrasse afin de profiter du soleil. Michel quant à lui est très accueillant et généreux tout en respectant votre intimité. C’est un homme de partage, merci à lui pour ses délicieux légumes du jardin, ses confections maisons et ses histoires sur le village !

michel's place is located in the mountains, in an extremely peaceful place, surrounded by incredible views and beautiful wildlife and calm. it is about a 20-minute mountain-drive (roads are fully tarmac-ed and safe, just windy and a bit slow, but very beautiful!) from the main road. the nearest shop/supermarche is about a 30-40min drive in ponte leccia. there is a 2-double-bedroom apartment, which is quite small, but functional, and you have your own terrace (with table and chairs), and private access to the pool (which has amazing mountain views and sun-loungers and parasol etc.) michel lives on the property, and is so welcoming and friendly, but very respectful of your privacy. there is a local bar/restaurant a short walk from the property that serves pizza in the evenings. for us, this was a perfect holiday, and a great place to explore the north of corsica from. being in the mountains was just so amazing, but you must be prepared to drive. try not to let that put you off, because the views and quiet in the hills is so worth it. michel also kindly gave us his homemade plum jam, DELIicious tomatoes from his garden, and homegrown grapes too. there is even homemade olive oil in the kitchen and fresh herbs too. (we did get bitten by mosquitoes at night, so definitely take some repellant. but again, don't let this put you off - we also stayed in other parts of corsica, and got bitten everywhere, so I think this is just part of being there as a visitor). please do note, you have to pay 60euros on departure to cover the cleaning costs. we brought our own towels, but you might also need to pay for these. we were not charged for sheets (from what I can tell, it's common for airbnb places in corsica to charge extra for bed linen and towels?!?!). we highly recommend staying at michel's

Vues magnifiques sur les montagnes et forêts Extrêmement calme. Logement parfaitement équipé dans un petit village de quelques âmes. A noter que les commerces les plus proches sont à une trentaine de min. Nous retiendrons de cette excellente semaine, des échanges culturels et l hospitalité de Michel. De très bons moments de partage.

Accueil convivial, jolie location spacieuse et bien équipée. Agréable terrasse ombragée et piscine bien exposée.
