The experience we had was awful. Some things maybe not applicable to folks: we really hoped for coffee on site as stated, we had early classes, but it was offsite and only available starting at 7:30 (wouldn't have thought to ask that ahead of time). Room was not very clean, some food on the bed, sticky stuff all over the fridge that the cups were stuck to, hair in the shower, dirty mirror, stains on bed, TV didn't work (and you have to log into your own accounts, didn't know that), AC didn't work and light shone on us all night. Host was very responsive, cleaned the next day. 3rd eve, a fight broke out in a neighborhoring room, we were terrified, host didn't respond to me asking them to call police; AirBnB responded and has been helpful but we left early, didn't feel safe to stay any longer. It's very noisy inside, so you hear people coming in and out all night, there's a pool table which is also very loud. Location however is great, tons of good food around, close to BART.

Great location walkable to many food spots, the bars and club, and very comfortable nice setting in the hotel and room. Would come back again when in Oakland!

Ayana was responsive and understanding. I was able to check in early which was nice so I could nap before concert 🎵 Beautiful outside sitting area to relax and listen to the sounds of birds. Smell of blooming hydrangeas was nice
