This is an excellent residential neighborhood with many families. It is highly respected and is a very desirable location to live in. With that being said, the residents and nearby police department work very closely together to ensure the safety of the people and their homes. Therefore, parties are strictly prohibited and my neighbors will contact me if there are any problems. We allow a maximum of cars to be parked at the house. No street parking is available anytime for weekdays or any weekends. Just as a precautionary, the speed limit is 20 mph, so please be aware of that when you arrive as the neighborhood strives to maintain its safety and comfort. Thank-you.
