We were there for a 3 day festival in the local area . We used Uber to and from ftw area and Saginaw ! Location was definitely a plus for us ! Spacious and everyone had plenty of room ! Kids loved the front room and the bunk bed room !

Really enjoyed the stay- plenty of space for multiple couples/ large family or group. Everything was stocked as described, everything worked- appliances, Wi-fi, all lights, nothing broken. Beds were comfortable, furniture was great. If we go back, we’ll see if this place is available again first.

The place was sufficient for our group. There were some missing items (pillows, towels, shampoo/conditioner) but Aaron was responsive when we brought this to his attention. The carpets are old and stained and the first impression upon entering was to pause from the faint odor of smoking. It wasn’t too bad and eventually we didn’t even notice anymore. The private backyard worked great for the dogs and the kitchen was stocked just enough to allow us to prep our own meals—however the stove only had two operating burners and the broiler didn’t work in the oven. Due to some of these issues we would probably go elsewhere for the price.

The home itself was nice. The cleaning crew needed to do a better job. The home sleeps 12 but there were only 7 bath towels.
