Alex’s place is exactly as pictured! So beautiful! We appreciated the washing machine and that they had cleaning supplies readily available. We appreciated that they had a towels, a floaty for the beach, and laundry soap. Large tv’s with Netflix, Disney and prime for lazy days was great too. Night views are just as beautiful with the Embarcadero being next door. The Pirate boat fireworks at 9:15pm each night was a treat. :) Here are a few recommendations: - Cancun morning views from the master bedroom are exquisite! If you need total blackout to sleep in, I recommend you bring a sleeping mask. - Also, stop by the Walmart as soon as possible if you plan on mostly cooking during your stay. The shops in the area get pricey pretty quickly. I also rented a car from their recommendation - boy was that the EASIEST car rental service ever! Overall - Alex and his team delivered what they promised and my family couldn’t be happier.

My family of four had an excellent stay at Alex’s condo. It was as described and matched the pictures. It had everything you could need while on vacation. From batteries to detergent, we were covered. The only minor issue was the construction that was going on in the unit next door which was noisy at times. We took advantage of being right next door to the ferry which we took to Isla Mujeres. It was very convenient. Food choices within walking distance were not great but that’s an easy fix with a quick taxi/Uber ride. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you again to Alex and his team.

I love this place, very clean and pictures match exactly how the apartment looked! The air conditioning was great, bed was comfortable and shower was hot! I loved it! The only downside was when have issues with the WiFi working on the tv, so we didn’t get to watch tv at all. But everything else was great.

Beautiful location! The pool and beach were exactly what we wanted. The king size bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever had at an Airbnb
