This is a renovated home, not in a neighborhood, with plenty of parking. It is located 5 min from the airport, 15 min downtown Columbia/USC, 10 min to Lexington, 25 min to Lake Murray, 25 min to Fort Jackson, and less than a mile from Oak Grove and Pine Grove sports complexes. It could sleep up to 13 people. Primary BR has a queen bed and sofa, BR 2 and 3 have a full bed and twin bed each, and BR 4 has a twin bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2.1 bathrooms.

Brandon was extremely responsive. The home was comfortable. The screened in porch out back for awesome. The screen was new and had no holes at all so no bugs got inside.
Brandon was a great host, always responded to my texts promptly. House was very big and spacious. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
