This was a great spot for a ski trip to Steamboat Springs! Walkable to the mountain and great amenities. The complementary shuttle was very helpful! The only trouble we had was that the listing mentioned two parking spots but when there is actually only one available spot. Would definitely recommend this place!

This condo is great! The location is an easy walk to the base, wild plum market, and Apres Burgers. There is also a shuttle that runs very frequently back and forth to the base. It lets you out at the transportation station which is very close to Happy Camp if you have small ones attending there. The actual unit itself is located at the very end of the building and is a little hard to locate the first time so it was sort of a maze getting all seven suitcases upstairs and to the unit, but once we found it we realized there is a closer staircase! The condo is clean and was plenty of space for two adults and our four children. We cooked in the space and had all the amenities needed to do so! The beds are very firm, so caution if that is not your thing. The decor and furniture were very homey and comfortable! You do not communicate directly through Evolve, there is a third party- PMI Steamboat. We were overall very pleased with the unit!

THIS UNIT ONLY HAS ONE PARKING PERMIT. Although the Airbnb listing describes that there are two parking spots and free street parking this is not true. The only other parking available in the area overnight is through ParkMobile. The minimum payment for overnight parking that we found was $40. This unit could use some maintenance, we had a fan fixture fall in the bathroom. A door knob to the cleaning closet was broken. And we did not have enough toilet paper for our stay. If you’re looking for a unit within walking distance of the lifts, this is a great option. Just be prepared for a couple of maintenance requests, unresponsive management, and expensive parking.
