I had a few hiccups during my stay but Sam tried his best to resolve issues fairly and timely. The house was bigger than I expected and I loved that since we were there for Thanksgiving. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood the few times we did see neighbors they were extremely friendly. The house does have hard water so I recommend taking bottled water if traveling with small children or someone with sensitive skin. You can definitely smell the difference in the water especially while showering. Other than that I would stay again. The hot tub is huge also

Accurately described listing. Water is extremely hard which is causing staining in all sinks and toilets. Hot tub water looked green, presumably due to the hard water. In general could use a good deep clean. On the plus side, it's close to town and the lake. At the end of a quiet street. WiFi didn't work, but the owner resolved as quickly as he could. This was a guys weekend so none of the items listed above were issues for us.

Perfect location! Easy walking access to the park separating a small inlet from the big lake. The house was set back from the rest of the neighborhood, giving us a little privacy. Beautiful house with lots of space!

The home was a great size for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were all good sizes and well furnished. The location was nice and I enjoyed the peaceful woods around the lot. The contact was very responsive and extremely helpful. Plenty of space for everyone! The hot tub was nice, but often would short out and the circuit needed to be reset a number of times. Toilets were stained and loose. The exterior of the home was full of spiderwebs and not cleaned, which made it less homey. Overall it was a good place to stay, but a bit pricey given the downfalls.
