Stayed 5 weeks and had a really nice experience. Apt was immaculate and had nice touches on move in, such as enough coffee supply to get you through a couple of mornings etc. Over the course of the stay a couple of minor issues arouse and they were taken care of quickly and professionally. Communication, when needed, was fast, friendly and professional.

Really liked my AirBnB. I was in the area for almost a month and needed a comfortable, clean, contemporary place. The location is pretty central and worked out well for me as I was working at the OSUWMC. Jesse and her team are very good hosts, and this definitely will be my top choice if ebr I am back in the Columbus area.

Everything about the location and host were excellent. There is a large, multistory covered garage for parking that requires a pass, which kept my vehicle safe throughout the entire stay — as there’s generally been a spike in property theft from vehicles particularly those parked in roads and open lots. Jesse was quick to respond, even late on the first night of my arrival, and willing to go above and beyond to make any part of the process easier. The apartment is in a safe, central area of the city, and is very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable. I was able to effortlessly extend my stay all through the app with very little overhead. The apartment is on the corner of the building and only has adjacent apartments above and below, so this made for a very private and quiet stay. The balcony looks over beautiful views, and it’s easy to block out light to sleep in on the weekend. This was perhaps my best ABNB experience and I highly recommend Jesse as a host and this property!

I stayed here for a few months as a travel nurse while working at OSU, and it was honestly perfect. The building is brand-new and the amenities, including the pool and gym, are incredible. The unit is sparkling clean and looks exactly as it appears in the photos! It was so nice to spend an evening on the porch watching the sun set on the little chairs/table provided. The washer/dryer and AC both worked perfectly, and this is a corner unit so I never heard noise from any neighbors. The neighborhood is the outer edge of the OSU campus, with administrative buildings and a few student apartments/hotels around. There’s also several places to quickly grab food — the McDonald’s right next to the apartment building was nice on the mornings I was running late and needed something fast! The apartment building is also close to the highway, so getting to the city is extremely easy. Jesse is probably the best Air BnB host I have ever had in terms of communication and ensuring my stay was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!
