Beautiful house! Felt right at home as this was our first trip to Salt Lake City! Extremely convenient for Downtown site seeing and outdoor adventures! Loved it!!

Nice house with lots of room to move around. House was very clean, nicely updated and decorated, beds were comfortable. Views out the windows aren't exciting but the home feels private. Clean neighborhood. Lots of Mexican restaurants nearby. McDonalds, Subway, and a grocery store are about 5 minutes away by car. Quick 7 minute drive to downtown SLC. Ask the host how to set the furnace so it stays on one temperature. We didn't ask and it kept reverting to a default setting. Note that the second bathroom is located off of the laundry room and not near the bedrooms. Single-car garage is pretty small but we were able to fit our mini-van in there. Host was very responsive and we would stay here again.

I came for a weeklong ski trip and found Timothy’s place perfect. Location was great for Snowbasin as well as the Canyon. Easy parking and close to get to restaurants. Overall no complaints at all. Would come back in the future.
