We have stayed in Jose's apartment only overnight on our way home from Spain. Therefore I can't tell much about the location, except the fact that it is no more than 10 minutes from the highway, which was very handy for us. Also parking spot right next to the house is very convenient. The flat was larger than we expected and for our short stay we did not miss anything. The bed was comfy and the apartment was clean. The only downside was that I think someone used to smoke in the apartment in the past, so you can smell it when you enter, but it was not a big deal for us, though someone else may be more sensitive to this. Jose sent us clear instructions and was very responsive, which I appreciated.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, nahe zum Bahnhof Burgdorf. Die Burg ist aus dem Fenster sichtbar. Toller Altbau. Netter Vermieter, sehr aufmerksam. Check-in hat super funktioniert, unkompliziert. Alles sehr sauber und frisch. Nespresso Kaffee gibt es kostenlos dazu:)

Great location, 500m to the train station, 15mins train ride to Bern. 100m to Coop and 15mins walk to Schloss Burgdorf. There is also a playground for young kids across the street. There is a bit of street noise as described but it is closed to the town centre and if you shut the windows it's acceptable, at least our young kids had no issues sleeping at night. Overall the property is good value!
