The house is located in a remote and lovely neighborhood and has a spectacular ocean view from the terrace. Water access via the small private beach is really practical. Communication with Ema was superfriendly and efficient. Šolta Island is a perfect place to relax with many things to explore (great food, excellent wineries, beautiful coves & beaches), but not suited for party people. We spent 2 weeks there, which was definitely not enough!

We had a great time at Ema's holiday home. The house is very cozy and very well equipped. The terrace and view were incredible - watching the sailboats was our favorite activity. 😊A small private beach is only a short walk from the house (2-3 minutes) and there is also a great bay beach nearby (which is also dog friendly). The village of Donje Selo is quiet with friendly people, but in an excellent location for traveling around the island. Ema and her parents are great hosts, always willing to help and advise. We really enjoyed our vacation and would love to come back.

Wunderschönes privates Haus in hervorragendem Zustand und komplett ausgestattet. Praktisch keine Nachbarn, am Tag sind vielleicht mal 2 - 3 Personen am Haus vorbeigekommen. Das Haus wurde zwischen alten Olivenbäumen gebaut und der Garten mit viel Liebe angelegt. Wir haben gerne abends den Garten gewässert. Der Platz am Ufer ist mit Beton begradigt für gute Liege-/Stellflächen, der Zugang zum Wasser ist gut möglich. Das Wasser ist natürlich wunderbar, wie zu erwarten. Es gibt einen, bzw. zwei Parkplätze am Haus, aber die Zufahrt ist unten in der Siedlung teilweise sehr eng und abschnittsweise sehr steil. Mit Autos deutlich größer als ein Golf oder Passat könnte es schwierig werden. In der Siedlung selbst gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber Grohote mit Markt und mindestens drei Supermärkten ist weniger als 5 km entfernt. Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich eine Empfehlung

Zelo lep apartma, kjer smo največ časa preživeli na prekrasni terasi. Všeč nam je bila tudi zasebna plaža pod apartmajem, kjer nas je pričakala senca, ležalniki in blazine. Lep zelo miren kraj, le dostop do apartmaja je nekoliko adrenalinski.
