Beautiful apartment with frescos styled in a classic and old fashioned way just few steps away from the Duomo and Santissima Annunziata square, close to all the main attractions. It's part of a residence on the first floor of an historical building with an elevator. Accessible with authomatic entrances. Easy access to wi-fi and air conditioning. Just 2 minutes walk from the Duomo, the apartment is part of a residence on the first floor of an historical building with elevator. This beautiful one bedroom flat it's styled in a fine classic way to match the gourgeous frescos on the ceilings. The living area has a very spacious dining room with a 3 seats table, a fully equipped and tidy kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the kitchen area you will find all the equipment in the shelves (glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, stoves), induction hobs, a sink, a dishwasher and a washing machine. We also provide a Nescafè coffee machine and some pods. In the bedroom you will find the double bed with a comfortable matress, a wardrobe and the single sofa bed, ready to be used if necessary. Facing the street the apartment results very bright in the day; if you would like to enjoy your sleep you can close the shadows and have all the privacy you need.

1、美丽、漂亮、干净卫生的房间，天花板还有壁画。2、管理人员回答提问非常及时，给出的入住提示很正确，我们很快找到公寓和房间。3、公寓位置非常好，距离佛罗伦萨各个景点很近，步行就可以到达。4、公寓出门左转就有个conad超市，购买了各种食物用于烹饪。5、学院美术馆就在旁边几步路，挺方便。谢谢！如果有机会到佛罗伦萨，还会选择这里入住！

A great apartment, just like the photos. Very central part of Florence, with lots to do and see. Marco was excellent with communication and check in/check out was simple. We will return.

Stayed with my 1.5 year old. Free of clutter, perfect for a stay with a child who likes to touch everything in sight! No baby proofing needed! Large enough to comfortably fit us and our daughter who was in a portacrib. Perfect location!!! Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Walking distance (2 blocks) to most attractions including the Duomo. The place is nice and clean. Note that if you prioritize location (as we did), the noice from the streets is something that you have to deal with at night. This was our case; however, all in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (traffic limited) area, so to enter by car you have to park in one of the private parking lots near the apartment so that they can register your license plate with the municipality and not incur in fines.
