On the first floor there is an open, cozy living area with adjoining terrace, a modern fitted kitchen and a guest WC. On the second floor, a spacious balcony invites you to linger. There are also three bedrooms and a shower room on this level. A fourth bedroom with gallery and large bathroom with sauna rounds off the living experience on the second floor. Here you can enjoy the beautiful Baltic Sea air and a great view of the Baltic Sea from another balcony. Please note that most of the beach is also open to dogs. It is located in the "fair weather corner" of Ostholstein near the island of Fehmarn. For anglers, the beach offers a unique sea trout stretch. Should the weather not play along, the surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: including the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine center, a donkey park and the 'Noah's Ark'.
