Such a great place to stay. Really catered for our large group with two separate living areas. Was very clean and warm - couldn’t recommend enough!

We didn’t enjoy our stay at this air bnb property. The house was not very clean. The upstairs shower leaked really badly and we had to mop the floor after every shower. All three queen bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and I personally woke up with a sore back each morning. We were unable to get the gas fire working even after ringing bachcare for help. There weren’t enough drinking glasses provided either. One really disappointing part was that there was no tea, coffee, sugar, salt or pepper provided. When you pay over $600 per night for accommodation you don’t expect any of the above to be a problem.

Great house for a large group or two families. Spa was really good for the kids and is in a great spot if they still need supervision. Excellent location with nice friendly cafe only a few minutes walk away. Really warm house, we couldn’t get the fire going but heat pump did the job. You need to take everything of your own in terms of cooking as no salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee or any of the basics at all are provided. But there is a foursquare just down the road if you need anything. Dish-ware needs replacing as most of it was chipped but all the basics are there in terms of utensils and cookware. Great spot for getting to Whakapapa, nice and close and perfect house for a group trip to the snow for sure.

Great house and great location. It has a fantastic kitchen living space for entertaining a big group. Well suited for a big family or two families. It's very closed to the local Four Square. National Park is small enough and there is a bar and a restaurant within walking distance. Kitchen utensils, pans, pots and plates are a bit battered so you might benefit taking your own. No cooking ingredients either incl. basics like salt, spices, oil. The hot tub is great and the heating works mostly across the whole property.

Great location, great place ,we had a group of 9 and there was plentyof space for everyone. we completed the T42 and the Spa was a welcome treat for afterwards would definitely stay again
