Breanna was an accommodating and friendly host. Written communication was spot on. However, it is very much an older home. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, each room available for rent. I loved the fridge/freezer combo, microwave, water cooler, coffee machine, and cups in the common area. It was clean and due to several plug-ins smelled good. On the other hand, my roommate was not as pleased. The home/decor was old/outdated giving her 'Good-Times' vibes. Granted everything was old, it was clean. There was no remote for the TV and the towels were thin and mismatched which bothered her. (I considered it exercise to get up & operate the TV.) My only concern was the shower. It took me several minutes to get out of it. I could tell you why, but where's the fun in that? LOL The host did share that the place is a work in progress. A couple coats of fresh paint, updated furniture, new bath towels, and a shade for the bathroom window will make the place perfect! Thx!

A good place to lay my head in-between days researching. Plus nearby amazing BBQ.
