LOCATION!Baytown Wharf . One of the only studio floor plans with an L-shape layout making it feel like a one bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit .The wet bar- style kitchenette provides the cooking tool you need without sacrificing space . The bathroom is featuring a shower/tub combination. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room and lengthy darkening drapes will keep the interior cool and comfortable. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony! Things to know: High-speed WiFi Kitchenette (minifridge, microwave, and coffee maker) Two sofabeds in the living room provides an extra sleeping space Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed.

Roxana’s place was sweet and cozy. Access to the amenities of Baytowne Wharf was amazing and had great options of different things to do during the day and evenings. Roxana was very accommodating, responsive, and kind! My group had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back!

The beach is just over two miles away - the resort tram will bring you right to beach parking.
