So far, our stay at Pico in Yuri’s place was the best budget-friendly family vacation we ever had. Yuri’s place was so spacios and can really accommodate a big group which are going to be very comfortable in the place. It also has a lot of potential in the future for a better interior. Overall, I can recommend.

The place is great. very comfy naman. difficult lang to communicate with the caretaker or when you need something because wala number ni caretaker na binigay. but if you text yuri, she would immediately reply naman and even call you. she's very responsive. but prior to the date of check in, medyo late lang siya magreply maybe because of the holiday season. But after the holiday season naman she replies asap naman. however, the caretaker mejo not that helpful unlike the other caretakers of the units in pico. mejo nakasimangot. the other caretakers of the other units i've stayed in pico, very helpful and easy to contact. tsaka parang pinapaalis na kami agad wala pang 12. nagdoorbell na, ready to check out na ba daw kami. parang in the many times i've been to pico, sa kanya ko lang na experience un ganun. she didn't even helped us with our things nung check out. but if we would talk about the place we stayed in, pico de loro itself and the host, it was great! thanks Yuri!

Place is clean and has most of the needed ammenities. However, TV has no app like Netflix and Youtube. WiFi is not that strong. One room divider is made of wood so you can hear the sound of people talking downstairs.

Yuri’s place is beautiful! The loft is modern and looks amazing. Very clean and well-kept. My family really enjoyed staying there. Awesome location and beautiful surrounds. The patio was a great space for entertaining!
