The house was everything and more than we asked for. Great kitchen for cooking and spacious dining area with open planned kitchen. All bedrooms were cosy and had storage space. The garden had outdoor seating with a long nice lawn. Canterbury is a lovely town and we were in nice area. Everything was walkable.

This was a lovely home to use as a base for my family of 5, my parents and brother and his wife. The rooms were spacious and there was lots of sitting areas for us to chill out and enjoy each others company. There was enough space for my energetic children to run about and play and they enjoyed playing with the pool table and games that had been left for us. Jenga was a favourite. There were loads of books throughout the house to browse. As we were here over Easter weekend we had a lovely big space in the garden to hide eggs. The toilet on the first floor is in a separate room to where the bath is. The upstairs bathroom had an electric shower so no worries of running out of hot water with so many of us in the house. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need and we were provided with washing up liquid, cloths, dishwasher tablets, soap at all the sinks, toilet paper and tea, coffee and biscuits. There was even a sink in one of the double bedrooms. Thank you 😊

We had a pleasant stay in the Red Doors. Our family was very happy & hope to stay here again. The house was so big, gorgeous & beautiful!! Very near to town too. The rooms are on the second & third floor. We enjoyed cooking dinner & washing our clothes too :)) The only thing is that if the owner can adjust the check-in time ie. 4 pm to a slightly earlier time, maybe at 2 pm. The check-out time of 9 am, was definitely a bit too early!! We had to add another day just to accommodate our family going back home in the afternoon, to Heathrow Airport. Otherwise, we highly recommend for your family stay :))
