this was the perfect place for a family or 2 or even 3. the 2 large living areas ment that the kids and adults could be in their own zones. the fire was lit when we goth there, so it was cozy as soon as we walked in. The house was clearly a home at some point, with the heights of a family notched on the bathroom door. This ment that everything wasn't in pristine condition but you could tell that fun was had in this home. It really just made me feel that I could relax as soon as I walked in. Would definitely return. maybe in the warmer months so we could enjoy that pool view of the sunset.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Wicklow house exceeded our expectations, from all the creature comforts, vast amenities, and tranquil surroundings. We felt tight at home from the moment we arrived. The home is located in a beautiful location with plenty to keep you occupied right at hand. I/ we highly recommend staying at Wicklow house

A truly magical place that was exciting for the children and homely for the adults. Enough space for everyone to be together and also do our own thing. Loved it I will definitely be booking this place again!

We stayed here for the long weekend and it truly surpassed our expectations. The location was just what we were after - peaceful and private, surrounded by bush and nature It was particularly hot when we were there, yet the the very thick walls, plentiful ceiling fans and some AC did a great job of keeping the place cool - the swimming pool was also lovely and clean. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. We really liked the layout, with multiple spaces and sofas so that you could also find a place to sit back and relax without being on top of one another. Also loads of games available such as darts, table football, table tennis and a pool table which kept the kids (small and large) entertained! Overall, one of the best places that we have stayed at and will certainly book this again!
