Thank you Martin, great accommodation. It is a quite and nice city. Appreciate cleaning service + extra bedding. Spacious room with many windows. Parking at yard also an advantage. Kitchen equipment could be exchanged. New electric kettle is needed current one is gone. Refrigerator could be bigger, one shelf is not enough especially after shopping or if you want to cook for few days ahead. Bigger pot would be also great. Overall feeling - Great !!!. Thank you, I would definitely recommend the stay.

This place pops-up when you search for a place in Berlin, but in reality this is about more than an hour by train from the city. Most of people who come to visit Berlin are likely not to know the locations so may end-up booking this place. PLEASE BE AWARE! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE VISITING BERLIN. So I booked this place for a friend who was visiting Berlin (as a student) for the first time. We obviously did not know the place and booked this place by mistake. When we realised and came back to change, the time for refund was over. AirB&B told us that we can contact the Host and it is totally up to him. We booked the place just 5 days prior and when we requested the Host for a refund he refused. We had booked the place for a month. So we requested him to refund at least half or a part of the amount and we were ready to pay for two weeks without even staying at the property. But the host showed ZERO FLEXIBILITY and did not give any refund. So we paid him for the month (over Seven Hundred Euro) for not even staying in the property. That was ridiculous. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ANYTHING. THE HOST IS NOT FLEXIBLE AT ALL.
