Welcome to The Hidden Gem of Riverdale! We are conveniently located just about 15 miles or 25 minutes from Times Square in New York City! The Hidden Gem of Riverdale is just a few minutes from the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87); it offers a cozy and private space to relax, explore and enjoy during your stay in one of the safest and most friendly parts of the Bronx. It is conveniently close and within walking distance to Riverdale Crossing which includes a bank, different shops and restaurants. There are many shopping and dining options, supermarkets, churches, parks, and schools near by. Very easy to commute via express bus, metro, subway, and taxi to Manhattan. The subway is a merely 5 minute walk. Additionally, you have two malls nearby, Cross County Mall is just 8 minute drive away and the upscale and trending Ridgehill mall in Westchester County is just 12 minutes away! There’s even a casino 7 minutes away. We can’t forget to mention Yankee Stadium!! MLB fans can catch a game at Yankee stadium only a 10 minute drive away. Our space is located in a private residence. Per NYC guidelines, we are not allowed to lease the entire home, you will have access to the lower floor of the house which is private. The space consists of an open floor plan with a studio design. Making a booking will mean that you have agree and will adhere to our listing rules and regulations. We have lived here for many years and I can assure you that it is a safe area. For your convenience, there is always a member of the residence on premise. The Hidden Gem of Riverdale offers a freshly renovated modern space with all new appliances, fast internet, and the privacy to relax and spend some quality time. Street parking isn’t too bad depending on the time of day but we can share some nearby parking options. There is a private parking garage right up the street, about a 2 minute walk that may be a possibility. We can provide their contact information if you’d like to inquire.
