Maam's Airbnb is adorable, welcoming, and cozy! She's super responsive as a host - replying often within minutes to messages - helping us replace the air filter and a light bulb and to get an extra key. She is great with hospitality, supplying guests with fresh coffee beans, soaps and toiletries, crates of filtered waters, pillows that say "Hello Gorgeous" that you wake up to everyday, a balcony full of plants, and the small little touches everywhere. These touches feel like nurturance to me and make Maam's place a home away from home for me. I highly recommend Maam's place if you are seeking a beautiful cozy home away from home during your stay in Chiang Mai!

The apartment was super comfy with an amazing view. Perfect local with many restaurants and in a walk distance to the old town. Maam was very responsive and friendly and help us with our questions. We did not have a pool the first weeks (reform) but Maam did everything to compensate us. I recommend this place.

Vry nice studio, well situated is the Nimman neighborhood, lots to do in terms of shopping, redtau, markets. The condo is in a good building and has all needed amenities. Can’t find anything that we didn’t like.

Maam’s apartment is absolutely beautiful and felt like a home away from home. She is super attentive and listened to all my requests and was very helpful and supportive during my 5 weeks stay. The comfort and effort she’s put into creating such a home like stay shows in the pictures. A host with an eye for detail :) One of the best apartments I’ve seen in Hillside 4. A must stay! Will definitely come back for another stay.
