As soon as you arrive you may notice that the unit in the photos is not the unit that you are standing in. the one that is listed has a different couch entirely, a chair that does not exist, a different fireplace/tv stand and the walls are barren. There are multiple scuffs and paint smears as well as random holes around the house. when we arrived, the ac was off, the heat was on full blast and it was 85 outside. the unit in the living room did not turn on, and i was instructed by seth to remove a photo in the kitchen to expose a panel without a door, and flip the switch back. the shower needs a lot of help, including a way less complex shower head, and one that isn’t moldy. the window in the same room is obviously not from the same bathroom and does not open without being crooked. the ac unit in the back bedroom is installed in such a sketchy way i avoided it altogether. i’m not sure what the cleaning fee is for, the entire floor was dusty and seemed like it had never been mopped.

This is eactly what we look for in an airbnb. Seth's instructions were clear with extremely easy check in and check out. Parking is convenient right outside the door. Lots of space made it a comfortable living area. The living room was basic but a comfortable place to relax with plenty of streaming options on the TV. The shower set up is the best I have had in an airbnb. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of great pillows. The kitchen is fully functional for cooking and well stocked with kitchenware and dinnerware. This unit was done and managed with excellence. The price made it an amazing value and one of the best I have experienced!

Seth’s Apartment was an amazing place to stay in not just because it was clean and neat but also because it felt like home. Would definitely rent this Airbnb next time we’re on vacation!
