Wonderful stay in Lyme Regis. Karen and Mark are truly superhosts. They not only accommodate a guest’s needs, they anticipate them. The house is within easy walking distance of the old town, and the room is very comfortable; full of touches that guests appreciate like a small fridge, a kettle, a tray with an assortment of hot beverages and biscuits, and a heater. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. I highly recommend staying with Karen and Mark if you are in the area and hope to visit them again sometime.

Hosts are friendly, considerate and happy to help in any way they can. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good. In all this made for a great place to stay and explore the local area.

I couldn't have asked for more friendly and congenial hosts. Karen and Mark made sure I had everything I needed for a really comfortable and relaxed holiday and I enjoyed delicious long breakfasts chatting away with both my hosts and their other guests as we got to know each other; put simply we all became friends. Accommodation standards are of the highest, I felt completely at home. Thank you Karen and Mark for making my stay so special and I will definitely request to come to your home when next I visit Lyme.

Cannot fault our stay with Karen & Mark. Everything was perfect and they couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind. The room was spacious and spotless as was the en suite bathroom. We will be back! Thank you Karen & Mark!
