Geoffrey’s place was exactly as described! It was in a perfect location, with lots to do around it. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. The check-in process was made very easy and Geoffrey even allowed us to come early. The reservation also came with a free breakfast and coffee which was a nice perk. Geoffrey himself was very kind and quick to respond. The only downside is that the apartment is above a bar which had a live music event that was quite noisy until around 2 am, so bring earplugs just in case. Otherwise I would highly recommend the space!

Dropped in for a night. It's really a fantastic price for the location and the space is cozy, functional for work meetings, and nice to embody.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and linens, amazing location and quick responses from the host. However, I was a little disappointed in a few things. The main item - It was rainy and chilly outside and even though the two wall heating elements were set at 70 degrees, it is an old building with original windows so the floors were cold and some of the blinds would not go down to keep the cold out. It did eventually warm up by the time I was going to bed as I had turned the elements up to 80. The other minor items were - no coffee as described in the ad, no luxurious amenities in the ensuite as described in the ad (there were small bottles of Dove shampoo and conditioner but no soap for the shower) and breakfast was included but only if you waited until 11am.

Geoffrey was amazing. Very accommodating, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The Badley was close to the mill, very close to everything. The suite was tidy and very cozy. Would totally recommend if you’re going to Elora.
