My parents enjoyed my stay! It being right on the water was gorgeous. The view every morning and throughout the day just made you feel like you were somewhere else far away. my parents decided to rent this location again!

Great place to stay. It’s right next to Gale Street Inn and Diamond Lake which are both big bonuses as well

The basement is great for the most part. Living in a house with other guests is always a gamble. When people are quiet and respectful, everything is great, but when they are running around or being really loud in the kitchen, then being in the basement right below the kitchen is going to be very noisy. The "desk" in the basement is very small and poorly DIY'ed. I hope there's going to be an actual sizable desk down there in the future for future guests. One other thing to keep in mind is that the basement is often very cold if you intend to be down there during the day. I even stayed during the summer. Towards the end of my stay, the hosts added another guest room in the house. I never ran into any problem with bathroom usage, but the one fridge in the kitchen simply does not fit everybody's food. Just thought future guests would like to know these.

Stay was great. Host is very responsive and helps with issues immediately. I stayed here for a month while waiting on my apartment lease to start and it was a peaceful stay. I recommend it.
