Great stay in good location. Easy access to the town - walkable. Very clean and cosy. Extra touch providing milk for a cuppa and gift of wine and shortbread.

Karen was very helpful sorting us out with accommodation at the last minute after another caravan in the same park pulled out. Lovely caravan with a cute bee theme and very nice to get a bottle of wine upon arrival.

Lovely stay. Easy to find clean and on a quiet part of the park. caravan spacious and has everything. Lovely welcome bottles of wine and treats for our fur baby.

Perfect host. Karen let us check in last minute because we needed to upgrade from our original booking with a different host. The caravan was lovely just like it looks on the pictures so we had a great time for the remainder of our holiday. I would have no hesitation booking with Karen and her holiday home again if she will have us ☺️. Thanks again Karen. Andy x

Excellent holiday and a really clean and cosy BnB. Karen was extremely responsive via messages and very helpful. I highly recommend the Beehive caravan and Withernsea Sands holiday park. Two bottles of wine and a bottle of milk were also very nice touches that were not expected.
