Otter House is a wonderful house situated within a grove of redwoods. We loved our stay there. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. We highly recommend a stay here.

Our stay at the Otter House was wonderful. We loved being in the trees and our dogs loved the fenced yard. The house itself is well equipped and comfortable. We would love to return someday. Such a great spot!

This place is quiet and tranquil and the home is cozy. We loved the fireplace and the cozy spaces. Not the most well stocked for cooking compared to other places we have been to so keep that in mind if you plan on cooking. There are adjacent wineries (Korbel winery for example) and amazing redwood parks. Overall location is amazing and peaceful. The roads can be quite muddy in the rainy season and the road up the house was pretty flooded in some areas so keep that in mind if you are traveling after storms.

We had a nice stay at this place and all the amenities were in good condition and working properly. The host is very communicative and helpful. We were happy the hot tub was working, but know that it is not as isolated as it looks in the pics. Surrounding elevated homes can see into the hot tub as the screen around it is not a privacy screen. Overall, I recommend this place and we'd look it up again if we return to the area.
