Dorothy is a great host. She was very responsive and communicative before, during and after my stay. The place itself is fantastic. It's a small one-bedroom end unit in a townhouse complex. It's private with a nice sized back yard and it's one of the quietest townhomes I've ever experienced - I never heard the neighbors once! It's clean, spacious for what it is, has a full-sized washer and dryer, and my wife and I love how it's decorated. It was also very clean when we arrived. It's a great place for a long-term stay for a single person or a couple. We felt instantly at home and although our stay was cut short for other reasons, we would have been perfectly happy to stay there for many months. The train outside is barely audible and is actually kind of nice. The town itself is small and rural, so for those looking for nightlife, this may not be for you. But if you're looking for a quiet, comfortable long-term rental, you can't go wrong here!

Dorothy let us know one of the bedroom windows was broken right before our arrival. Upon entering the house we noticed quite a few flies and bees. We purchased a fly-swatter and attacked the problem. We discovered they were coming through the broken window, so we put tape over the spots we saw them using. We decided to close the leaf on the table and when we moved the chairs the bottom rungs were all coming out of the legs. We bought wood glue and my husband repaired them. Keep in mind, we were going to be there from May 26 to July 8, and didn't want to end up on the floor when we sat in the dining room chairs. The closets had a musty odor so we bought air fresheners and put in them. After a heavy rain storm we noticed water marks on the ceiling. The drain in the laundry room floor over-flowed. We reached out to Dorothy, requesting she come see this issues. She informed us she couldn't come and wanted to know what our concerns were. I texted her, included photos and she NEVER responded

I stayed for a month and I wished I’ve stayed longer, this place is beautiful, very peaceful and has lovely neighborhood. Dorothy has been really nice and responsive. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and I would definitely stay here again ❤️

Dorothy and her townhouse were both absolutely amazing. The townhouse was even more beautiful than in the pictures. I felt at home immediately. Being surrounded by mountains and the Susquehanna River were a a HUGE plus. I am a traveling RN, so my stay was for 3 months. I couldn’t have chosen a better, more beautiful home or owner. I had the pleasure of meeting Dorothy and she was so sweet and considerate. I would give this experience 10/10 hands down. Thank you, Dorothy for everything! We will miss this beautiful townhouse and your hospitality!!!
