This place is everything! This place is truly magical. I travel 60% of the year and most of those are in Airbnb‘s. This place is now in my top 10. The pictures don’t do it justice! We stayed here and hung out at this resort style home for the majority of our trip. There was no need to go anywhere other than the beach and tours. Communication was top-notch, and hospitality was stellar. I would recommend everybody stay here. Our family really had a spiritual experience in this beautiful home everything is as described or better.

Beautiful home. Great location close to El Yunque, the beaches, and Old San Juan. The house easily hosted our family of 10 adults with room to spare. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table in our spare time. I appreciated that there were plenty of beach towels and some nice extras too like a cooler and a portable Bluetooth speaker. I would definitely recommend it.

We found this amazing house last minute. It’s hot hot a lot of activities like the pool table and the pool. Communication with the host was very awesome. We really recommend this day for any big family.

This home is very nice but the maintenance of it it’s terrible. First day we arrived after 7pm, my mom fell on the steps (she’s an older lady) do to no lighting and a big tile missing right at the bottom of the steps, I called the owners and we’re told “oh no, I’m so sorry.” This was fix Sunday (since Thursday) The house was super hot and not clean. The bathrooms had spiderwebs and dead animals all over the shower (I was told the cleaning people came in 2 days before our arrival) the 2nd floor rooms have roaches and bugs all over the ceiling (they have the ceiling cover in drapes) all this insects (dead and alive) are all seen through the drapes. We didn’t have hot water the day we arrive and to top it all off 1 of the air conditioners starts leaking water and this is just the first day of 7 days we were there. Second day still no hot water (now we have hot water in 1 of the 3 full bathrooms) we start cleaning the house we what ever we can find to clean. We end up buying Lysol and Clorox products to clean the home. I reported these issues and I was told that if I didn’t like the way the floors were (dirty) I could get a refund a find somewhere else (did I mention it was about 12-13 of us) so do to that reason and the lateness we ended up staying, to find that there were more problems to come… This house is super slippery , the front door has water running down the front of it (from the air conditioner) so it makes it slippery to walk through, there’s green slippery stuff all over the front of the entrance, and the back stairs to the pool. Last 2-3 days the air conditioners started giving us problems. They would stop working in the middle of the night (it’s super hot). They were reset various of time for it to be the same issue. Final resolution NONE.. I was told “my air conditioning guy can’t come until Friday, and you leave Thursday so I’m so sorry”.. the sink in the 1st floor bathroom drips water from underneath. We end up not having gas for the dryer, the fridge didn’t work and some of our food turn bad (fruits) this issue was never fix. We ended up using the freezer as the fridge to keep things cold since the freezer wasn’t freezing anything anyways. Nothing is label so you won’t know what’s what, so that means you have to open the doors to see. We ended opening a door that it’s right in the middle of the living room that lead to the residence of the owners (left unlock) and were told “please close door”. The back door to the pool doesn’t have a lock (at least we were never given one) there’s dogs (big ones too, I’m assuming neighbors) that would come in to the backyard un-invited beware. And this is just some of the things that happened here.. oh and I have pictures to proof everything I have mention here… this is not a good property to stay at. I contacted Air BNB, awaiting response.

I enjoyed my 9days here so much! The hosts where awesome. Extremely nice and fast to respond to any questions or requests. Pool was lovely and the out door bbq was awesome to have. Loved my stay
