This AirBnB is in a great location -- very central and within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfy. The washing machine door is slightly broken so you need to push inwards before you can open the washing machine, and the washing machine will only start if you push the door handle inwards at the same time as pressing the start button. There weren't any instructions at the flat about how to get the washing machine working, so initially we thought the washing machine was unusable, but after a phone call to Retreat Apartments they sent out a maintenance man to the flat the next day to show us how to open the washing machine door and how to get it started. Retreat Apartments were very responsive and available to chat by phone. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and overall we had a great stay.

We had the best time in Copenhagen! The apartment is centrally located and a great space for our girls trip. The hosts were very responsive when I asked questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was in a great location to easily get to all the places we wanted to go and see. It uses keypads to access, it was nice to not have to deal with keys and making sure if we went different directions, everyone could gain access. It was a nice place, gave us lots of space, the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival we had an issue with th the washer, after traveling for 8 days we planned laundry in Denmark. We contacted them and they made it ok to use. However, we then found the dryer didn’t work. Our only disappointment was the lack of some basics we typically have had in an Airbnb.. paper towels, Kleenex, laundry detergent, dish soap (they had dishwasher detergent but no dish soap), cooking basics like oil, salt/pepper etc. The kitchen was stocked with lots of pots, pans, plates etc. but buying all the basics just didn’t make sense, so we didn’t utilize the kitchen.

We appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We found it difficult to carry our luggage up and down three flights of stairs (no elevator).
