Paid parking is available in front of the building. The street has several restaurants and is less than 10 minutes from the South Zone. WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING. Welcome to my super comfortable studio apartment in Rio de Janeiro, ideal for tourists and business travelers seeking a pleasant stay with high-speed internet access. Lo bueno: cerca de todo en el centro. Anfitrión super amable. Lo malo: alojarse en el centro puede ser apremiante. La vista desde el departamento es una enorme pared de cemento.

Carlos foi um ótimo anfitrião. Sempre solicito, deu boas orientações para que a hospedagem ocorresse de maneira tranquila. A regiao do prédio é bem central e esta próxima de varias opções de lazer e gastronomia. O prédio é muito agradável e o processo de check-in foi bastante intuitivo. Recomendo a toda a comunidade da plataforma
Fiquei hospedado no apartamento por quase 20 dias (janeiro 2024) e foi uma experiência muito boa. Já tinha ficado anteriormente no prédio e decidi voltar devido à excelente localização, próximo às ruas da Lapa, escadaria, arcos, centro, catedral, feiras e outros pontos turísticos. O apartamento possui todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar, incluindo liquidificador, forma e forno. Além disso, havia uma boa quantidade de travesseiros e cobertores. O apartamento é como nas fotos, e eu recomendo. Carlos Leandro foi muito receptivo, e na nossa chegada ele nos trouxe uma cafeteira nova para usarmos, foi muito gentil. Espero voltar!

Excellent location in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Next to LAPA, almost 300 meters from the famous Arcos da Lapa and Selarón Steps.
You will be 200 meters away from Cinelândia metro station, where you can quickly reach the beaches of Zona Sul and Barra da Tijuca.
In Cinelândia Square, besides the metro, there's the VLT, which can take you to the famous Museum of Tomorrow and other points of interest in downtown Rio de Janeiro.
On Sundays, Aterro do Flamengo is closed for traffic and there are sports activities in this large recreational area. You will be less than a 5-minute walk from Aterro do Flamengo.
Our building is located 300 meters from Cinelândia metro and VLT station.
If you're arriving from Santos Dumont Airport, you can take an UBER and arrive in 5 minutes, or the VLT which will take around 10 minutes and drop you off 300 meters from the apartment.
Coming from the Bus Terminal, you have the same options, VLT (22 minutes) or UBER (15 minutes).
From GIG Airport, it's a 25-minute drive.
