Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was close to town and made it easy to access our excursions. A few small hiccups occurred that were resolved quickly after reaching out to Ristine. We enjoyed our time in Seward.

We stayed at Ristine’s property for three nights. The house was at prominent location and easy to access to the marina. It was very clean. We enjoyed our stay but there were some issues I need to address. I requested a rice cooker ahead of time and she reposed right away that they would make some arrangement to get one as the house does not have any. During stay, I requested a iron with board on second day and they responded right away to send over one. There was a issue with thermostat that we could not set the temperature. It was always 65 F and we tried to set up around 70 as the studio apt was very cold. They informed me that the maintenance person will come to fix the heating issue. Nothing happened until the morning we checked out. One guy showed up with rice cooker and iron around 9:15 am and we were checking out around 11:00 am. I think their commitment was fake. They always responded right away and never put any action during our stay. We felt very disappointed.
