The place was very nice and peaceful. Very spacious and provided a ton with regards to full kitchen utilities etc. There was only a couple things that were a little annoying like all the tv in every room was unplugged and we were unable to reach them so we could not use them in any room. The hot tub was a nice option however it was nice the cleanest but had such an overwhelming odor of chlorine. So much so when you sat in your eyes burned even with the windows open and burned our legs left their red and irritated. Aside front the two downfalls it was still an overall nice place to rent.

Really enjoyed our spring break trip to Galena! House was centrally located to hiking trails, downtown galena restaurants/shopping, and the community center with an indoor pool. Kids loved the game room at the house. Great space for two families.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was so relaxing. Love the pool table, shuffle board, air hockey table, etc. Nice to have a bathroom on every level. The beds were super comfortable. Lots of cookware, dishes to use. Beautiful deck, looks brand new. Alexander is a great host and very responsive We'll be back!

I stayed at Alexander’s place for a girls weekend. House was well maintained, clean and had everything you needed to feel comfortable! They have every cooking dish, utensil you can think of! Beds and sheets were great! My only complaint is that there is no lock to the outside door when in the hot tub..everything else was perfect!
