Our stay at Pundarika Cozy Apartments was really cosy and pleasant. Sugat had responded us in time as we had to book a place on short notice. We initially had booked the place for a few nights and were so happy with it that we extended our stay. The place had all necessary kitchen amenities and a comfortable bedding along with a aesthetically pleasing look. The place is also a minute’s walking distance from the Stupa which was an added advantage. The reception staff were very kind and friendly too especially Shanti who was very responsive and helpful throughout. We will definitely stay again when back in Kathmandu!

Both, Sugat and the receptionist were very nice and always ready to help. Sugat contacted me as soon as I arrived in Kathmandu and helped me to communicate the location of the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and had a very good location. The stupa was only few minutes away and around the area there were lots of restaurants and shops. I can highly recommend it.

The studio apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped and such a nice place to stay for a week! The kitchen is well equipped and it was lovely being able to make my own meals. The shower was always hot and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Sugat did everything possible to ensure a good wifi connection, which I really needed for my work. In fact, the level of kind attention, support and communication was really high, which made all the difference, especially when I'd just arrived and was exhausted and a little dislocated. There's always someone around to ask for help and support, and a security guard downstairs at night. And the location is very nice, on one of the main roads down to the stupa, with all kinds of useful shops, cafes and restaurants around. I would 100% recommend the Pundarika Cozy Apartments and I hope to go back there in the coming years.

If you are looking for the best place to stay in Boudha, or anywhere in Kathmandu, this is the ultimate place for it is everything to make your trip memorable and amazing!! Just few steps to the Boudha stupa, you are literally staying in a very powerful energy field! The apartment building is well maintained and there’s security at the front desk. You step out and everything you need is there: market, Tibetan food stalls, beautiful garden cafe (just a few steps is Nirvana Cafe that has a garden inside and is owned by Lodro Rabsal Rinpoche and family!), shops, restaurants..everything! What I love about Pundarika apartments..everything again! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by everything Buddhist. Statues, paintings, tangkas! And the units are so clean and modern, the SOFTEST bed, and the long time staff are superb and are like family! Bonus: roof top has an awesome view of the stupa! Whenever I am in Nepal I also look forward in staying in my home away from home!

Second stay with Sugat. Absolutely perfect place. Best airbnb stay I've had in a while. Great location - near the boudha stupa and lots of shops (practical and tourist) and restaurants and monasteries. Great apartment: very clean and nice furnishings. The building is under the care of people who love plants and the stairway has beautiful green trellis. Offers of cleaning during the stay. Great host - extremely responsive, kind, proactive and patient. An example - He asked if there was any small stuft that needed attention and one was broken switch in the bathroom. Within in hour he had an electrician there to swap it out.
