Come and enjoy this 2 bedroom freshly renovated apartment located in the heart of La Noria Neighbourhood , only 5 minutes walking distance from city center and Principal Beach. * Both of the bedrooms count with A/C and ceiling fans, blackout curtains and good quality pillows and bed sheets. * Fully equipped kitchen to enjoy cooking at home. * Smart TV to enjoy your streamings at home! * Fiber Optic Internet connection. * Bathroom with good size mirror and big shower. * Home office desk and fast wi-fi. Apartment has a comfortable space for 4 adults if you wish to bring someone else we could accommodate single person on a sofa bed or two people on the air mattress at the living room. (adults or children). Apartment is always very clean and ready for your visit, we provide cleaning service for reservations longer then 7 nights that will include a fresh bed sheets and towels too.

todos los servicios 10/10 -a tomar en cuenta, el agua para bañarse está tibia pero con el clima no se siente al inicio si pero una vez acostumbrándose ya no se siente el cambio - los vecinos ponen música muy de madrugada me tocó despertar como a las 3-5am por la música que ponen pero eso ya es externo dentro del alojamiento

You will love La Noria neighborhood! It is very special and unique place to spend your vacation. Only 5 min walking distance from downtown, located next to our local lagoon where we park our boats and with some friendly crocodiles inside! Downstairs from our apartments you will find three different grocery shops, laundry service right in front, tortilla shop, hairdresser, professional massage studio, taxi stand is just 1 min away from the apartment's main door. Many different taco stands in the evening, hamburger place and sea food places open all day long! Friendly, safe and close to everything neighborhood.
Right at the main entrance to the building local mini buses are running they will take you to city center for about 9 pesos (but it's even faster on foot) or all the way to Ixtapa resort for about 15 pesos each way. Taxi stand with many taxis available always is just 1 min away at the same street. And our apartment is only 10 min away from the bus terminal, about 25min away from the airport. Virgin Majaua Beach is around the corner where you could enjoy walking your dog to also Pickell Ball place in La Noria is just 2min. Away.

Hi I'm Julita. Polish Girl living , working and enjoying fully the beauty of our town! Together with my family we are running a scuba diving center in town. We count with different activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, whale watching tours, surf lessons or guided electric bicycle tours! We love to be outside walking and playing with our 5 y.o boy and Tropical Old English Sheepdog :)
