Great place for families with good proximity to Zion national park with amenities and activities. The heaters take a while so the first night was a little cold.

Location was great, just far enough outside of the park to feel like you are away from the busy but still a beautiful and easy drive to get into the park. We were able to play pickle ball, put put, eat at the restaurant on site, which was delicious. Cabin view from patio was wonderful and peaceful. Jake gave such clear and helpful information and suggestions on places to try to eat and which hikes to go on. If we visit Zion again, we will absolutely stay here again.

Jake's home is beautiful besides being very comfortable. The location is tremendous and offers wonderful tours. Jake is very conscientious sending detailed directions beforehand and great recommendations to surrounding businesses, restaurants and tours. We will definitely return.
