The place needed a deep cleaning- dusty floors and tables. Trash left under furniture. The lock to the back door which is the only way to exit to ski out was broken and we noted it on the first day but was never fixed. Therefore causes a lot pain when leaving to ski. There is only really one way to ski in to condo… if you miss the Up and over lift at 4:00, long walk. Our car would not fit in garage due to height. We had to work directly with The Apex to figure out parking. Lovely place with great amenities.
Beautiful place. True ski in ski out. Quiet, secure, clean, clear instructions, plenty of space. Our family had a wonderful stay.
One of the nicest condo’s I’ve ever rented. Beautiful throughout best ski in, ski out location I’ve ever had. Literally put your skis on outside the back door. Direct ski down to the Gondola or Orange Bubble Express. Coming back to the condo is a little trickier - but super convenient once you figure it out (Vacasa provided no help on this, nor were there any instructions in the condo). A couple of things could have been handled better - but let me reiterate it was very nice and I would definitely stay there again. First, the rear door had an electronic lock that did not work. So to use the incredibly convenient ski in, ski out feature - we had to leave the door unlocked all day. We did - but didn’t feel super comfortable about it. Informed Vacasa day one, they acknowledged but never addressed Second, the hot tub on the back patio was disgusting. The water was yellow. No indication of when it was last cleaned - and no chemicals to allow us to address. Use the community hot tub!
Vacasa’s 3rd party was pitiful. They didn’t accurately capture what the issue was, had the on-site staff work on something that was not the issue, text message capability was the only thing that seemed responsive and even with that, they didn’t capture the problem We couldn’t get in @ 1:00 in the morning. Took 3 hours to find a resolution and that was to stay in a hotel until the morning. Finally got into unit and it wasn’t cleaned. Had to be moved. One day completely wasted. Awful
