This is a nice little cottage extremely close to downtown Prescott. Clean and has everything you need for your stay. Susan and Randy do a wonderful job with having all the essentials you need while staying. A list of many of Prescott's restaurants and things to do is provided. Surprisingly, as close as the homes are on this street it was very quiet and peaceful during our stage. We did not use the kitchen much but it seem to have anything you would need if you are planning to cook. Parking in the back was safe with 2 spots for this unit. Things to know: the walk back from downtown is up a hill (this might be difficult depending on your age and physical abilities). However, should you choose to drive downtown we had no trouble finding parking in April. There are 3 room air conditioners (in the seating area, and both bedrooms). We used them on 2 days we were there. The master is a bit noisy but we turned it off and were comfortable with the front one on.

Susan’s place was perfect for our visit to Prescott. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Thank you for sharing your darling home with us! It was in a quiet location yet close to downtown. We loved the character of the home and the cleanliness. Also we appreciated being able to check in a little early. Thank you for being kind to work with too!
