Ashley’s upstairs apartment was a perfect weekend stay for my daughter and I. We were there for my daughter to play soccer at Grand Park and it’s only 13 minutes away! The space at Ashley’s place was pretty spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed and even more. The binder of local info and nearby restaurant menus came in very handy! We had a great surprise on Sunday, there was a roadside BBQ stand set up down the street and it was the highlight of our weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and has a few shops and a gas station within walking distance. Ashley was very responsive, within a minute or two I had replies to my questions. I highly recommend, and will stay here again and again for future Grand Park weekends. Thank you!!!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Grand Park. Location is great for that and isn’t bad if you have to play in Kokomo. Place was exactly as described.

Comfy place to stay at. Private and spacious. The master bedroom and bed were huge! Recommend.

Our stay at Ashley’s place was great. It’s close enough to everything to get places easily, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. It was perfect for our needs. Ashley was also quick to respond when I had a question.

Ashley’s place was very comfortable, clean and quaint. We had everything we needed for our short stay. It was very quiet at night, which was an added bonus! Bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Ashley’s place if you’re in the area!
