Once you approach the front of the house you will follow the wrap around porch right to your private entrance and outdoor space. As you enter this newly furnished one bedroom/one bath, you will be greeted with fun décor and modern touches including beautiful hardwood floors, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tiled bathroom. Interior décor is tropical and blissful, natural light floods this spacious unit. The kitchen features vaulted ceilings, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher. The bedroom allows for both privacy and access, a king size bed with blissful bedding to ensure restful sleep. Enjoy your own private outdoor deck where you are sure to enjoy many happy hours or spend time reading a book. We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows. This unit is affectionately named after Lawrence Polycarp Artman, Sr. He was a previous owner and publisher of the Key West Citizen. Mr. Artman purchased 1309 Whitehead Street in the early 1900’s and his family still owns and operates the rentals today.
