Canillas de Albaida is a perfect place to spend some peaceful days and discover the culture and beautiful landscapes and experience a real taste of Spain. With four excellent restaurants, one centred on the pretty plaza, a couple of minutes from our house where you can enjoy the gastronomy of the region. Several local shops are nearby for your daily needs and larger supermarkets are a short drive away, also Fresh fish shop, Pharmacy, Hardware shop and a tabac
The natural park of Sierra Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama start on our doorstep and it offers spectacular scenery with hiking tracks, tracks for mountain biking and scenic drives on many Pueblos Blancos of the Axarquia region to explore. The Axarquia region of Andalucia is great to visit any time of year, spring and autumn being the best for walking in the hills on the many paths and trails.

Canillas de Albaida – swimming pool, open mid June to early September, 2 euro a day adult and 1 euro a day child
