This was the perfect place to stay and be able to see everything that the Douro Valley has to offer. Edna was a great host, greeting us upon arrival and stocking our refrigerator with breakfast items and wine. The views are stunning and the pool is a plus (although we never used it as it rained the whole time we were there). Bed was super comfy and the linens were top notch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Abrigada Edna!

This place was the most beautiful stop on our trip in Portugal. It was our own private oasis that was comfy, clean, and just spectacular views. We were able to have a wine tasting and get to know the winery and their amazing team. Best wine and best tasting we had in the Douro Valley. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Nous avons passé 6 jours à visiter les environs et à se détendre avec cette vue magnifique sur les vignes. On oublie pas la piscine privée très agréable pour se rafraîchir et siroter un bonne bouteille de vin du domaine. L’appartement est très bien décoré et équipé. Vous avez le droit à un frigo avec des provisions pour le petit déjeuner et du pain frais tous les jours. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et très réactif. Nous les remercions de leur gentillesse.

Beautiful stay in the vineyards. Scenery was lovely, the stocked kitchen a nice experience. Highly recommend a day or 3 stay.

What a wonderful stay at Casa da Tila in Quinta Monte Do Travesso! It was truly perfect and I miss it already! The home was cozy and very clean. We went in morning walks around the vineyards and they even had eggs, ham, cheese , yogurt etc in the fridge! Oh and we were delivered fresh baked bread daily! Truly truly truly a gem! Highly recommend it! Thank you Monte Do Travesso!!!
